This introductory course is aimed at practitioners wishing to train as Link Workers/Social Prescribers/Care Connectors prior to applying for a role with local PCN (Primary Care Networks)/GP Practice.

This training provides guidance for front-line staff or community groups involved in delivering projects and interventions that follow the principles of Asset Based Community Development.

We offer Mentoring, Coaching and facilitated learning workshops to individuals or groups wishing to  put into practice around Social Prescribing and Asset Based Community Development.

This one-day course is aimed at NHS Staff, Community/Outreach Practitioners, Teachers, Police, Local Authority staff and other Statutory staff wanting to learn how to engage with a community whilst ensuring that no community group is excluded.
